Our address is info@opinionconduit.com. There's no form and no chatbot. A short subject line helps us send your message to the right person straight away:

We work Monday to Friday, Italian time (CET/CEST), so messages sent at the weekend or on an Italian public holiday wait until the next working day.
If you represent a platform: we're happy to receive corrections and new information about your service. We don't accept payment for coverage or for a better conclusion, and a partnership never buys a place in a guide. The about page explains the rules.
Problems we can't solve for you
We don't run any survey panel, app or program we write about, and we can't see your account on any of them. If a platform hasn't paid you, closed your account or removed your points, only the platform can fix that. Contact its support team first, keep screenshots of your balance and of every message, and check its terms for a complaints procedure.
If you think you've been scammed, don't wait for us:
- Paid by card or bank transfer? Call your bank or card issuer the same day and ask about a chargeback or a recall.
- In the United States, report it to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
- In Italy, you can report online fraud to the Polizia Postale through the Commissariato di PS Online.
Tell us about it too, if you like. Knowing which tricks are going around helps us warn other readers, and we never publish your name.
Please don't send
Passwords, one-time codes, bank or card numbers, or photos of identity documents. We don't need them for anything and we'll never ask for them. If someone claiming to be from OpinionConduit asks you for money or login details, it isn't us.
