What you can expect from this site, what you can't, and the few rules for using it.
The basics
opinionconduit.com ("OpinionConduit", "the site") is run by CTAWeb Srls, registered office Via Castelluccio 3, 81030 Falciano del Massico (CE), Italy, VAT number IT04201890615, REA CE-307422. Contact: info@opinionconduit.com. Below, "we" means CTAWeb Srls and "you" means anyone using the site.
The site is free to read and needs no registration. Using it means you accept these terms; if you don't, please leave it.
Guides are information, not advice
We publish general information about paid surveys, reward and cashback programs, product testing and small online jobs. It's written for a broad audience and can't take your situation into account. It isn't financial, tax, legal or employment advice. If your decision involves significant money, your taxes, your benefits or your job, ask a qualified professional.
No promise of earnings
Nothing on OpinionConduit promises or guarantees that you will earn any amount of money. Figures in our guides are ranges based on the platforms' published terms and on user reports we could verify, as described on the disclosure page. They are examples of what people typically receive, not a forecast for you. Many people earn less than the lower end of a range, or nothing at all in a given week. What you earn depends on the time you spend, whether platforms consider you eligible, where you live and each platform's own rules.
The platforms belong to other companies
We don't own, run or represent any survey panel, app, program or offer mentioned on the site. If you join one, your agreement is with that company, under its terms. It alone decides:
- who can join (age, country and other requirements);
- whether you qualify for a survey or task, and whether a response is accepted;
- how points are valued, when they expire and when rewards are paid;
- whether an account is suspended or closed.
We can't intervene in your account or recover points or payments for you. We give no warranty about any third-party platform, product or offer, and we're not responsible for the content or conduct of sites we link to.
Earnings from these platforms may be taxable where you live. Reporting them is your responsibility.
Figures and terms change
Platforms change reward rates, thresholds and eligibility rules often and without warning us. Each guide shows the date it was last updated, and we try to keep it current, but a figure may be out of date by the time you read it. Before you sign up, check the current terms on the platform's own website.
Affiliate links and advertisements
Some links earn us a commission, and some pages promote a partner's offer and are labeled "Advertisement" above the headline. Both are explained in the affiliate disclosure. A commission never costs you anything extra.
Our content
Texts, tables, illustrations, the logo and the design of the site belong to CTAWeb Srls or are used under license. You're welcome to read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to quote short passages with a link to the source page.
You may not, without written permission: republish guides in full or in large part, pass our content off as your own, or copy the site systematically with automated tools (including scraping for datasets or for training software models). Normal indexing by search engines is fine.
Names and logos of platforms and brands belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us, or that we endorse them.
Fair use of the site
Don't try to access parts of the server that aren't public, test it for vulnerabilities without permission, flood it with requests, or use it to spread malware or spam. If you find a security issue, please report it to info@opinionconduit.com.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will be complete, error-free, up to date or always online. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses resulting from using the site or relying on it, including decisions to join, use or leave a third-party platform.
These terms don't exclude or limit any liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence under Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code. If you're a consumer, they don't reduce the rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms, for example when we add something new to the site. The version in force is the one published here, with its date at the top of the page.
Law and disputes
Italian law applies. Disputes go to the courts competent for the place of CTAWeb Srls's registered office, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings there. If something has gone wrong, please email us first; it's usually the fastest route.
